 Gaye's SuitesGaye's Suites are perfectly located in the middle of town on 1st street across from the First National Bank, conveniently located close to downtown shops and restaurants. Accommodation information & Amenities Gaye’s Suites is located at 531 First Street (known by Cordovans as Main Street) in the center of town. This location is “the best”; you are across the street from the First National Bank, the Alaskan hotel and bar, and just steps from shops, restaurants, movie rentals and a grocery store. Our suites offer a spectacular view of the harbor; snow covered mountains and Prince William Sound as well as a warm and cozy environment with all the conveniences of home. Each unit has a private phone, large picture window, cable equip TV, DVD player, and WI-FI. Comfortable living and sleeping arrangements, plenty of storage and closet space, hardwood floors, designer rugs, and beautiful décor enhance your “home away from home”. One Bedroom Suite Suite #2 is our 1 bedroom suite and is great for the person, family or group that requires more [living space] room and the best in accommodations. Our large 1 bedroom suite is one floor below First Street, and is newly remodeled and furnished, with breathtaking view overlooking the harbor and Nickoloff Way. Our kitchen has everything you may need to cook a full meal or just put a TV dinner in the microwave. There is a large picture window in the dining area that overlooks the harbor. This suite can comfortable sleep 2 to 3 persons in the bedroom with a roll away bed available for a 4th person. You are in easy walking distance of everything in town. Our Two Bedroom Suite We have 2 two-bed room suites although only one is currently be remodeled. Suite #4 is a newly remodeled and furnished 2-bedroom suite that is great for fishing groups, family groups or contractors. It sleeps 6 persons very comfortably with 3 singles in each room, two bunk style and one single, with lots of closet space for clothes storage and nice entry closet as well. This unit has 2 flights of steps going down to it; if you have trouble with steps, we have units available in our other properties with no steps that you might want to consider. This suite also features a large picture window next to the dining room, great to enjoy lunch or coffee while looking out over the harbor. This unit has an updated kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils needed for a great meal or just to heat up a pizza in the oven. Rates and reservations Our 1 bedroom suite is available for $225.00 for 1 person per night, $250.00 per night for up to 3 persons plus $35.00 for 4th person, plus Cordova’s 12% tax. Discounts for extended stays, State or Federal employees.
